Today is the 6th day of Health Care Fraud month, September 2011, as

declared by the California Medical Board on August 18, 2011.


Division IV : Health Care Fraud Cover Up


We continue enumerating the Ten False Declarations of Dr. Leonard Brant

in the California Superior Court, Solano County Case or File No. 87291.

Question :

Why would a Doctor of Medicine, a Surgeon , continue to present and submit

false declarations on behalf of the hospital in California Superior Court ?

One false declaration is enough to invalidate the hospital case.


No. 9. False declaration No. 9 by Dr. Leonard A. Brant in Superior Court.

In his 9th declaration , Dr. Brant claims that the Judicial Review Hearing

was provided for by hospital bylaws.

It really does not matter who or what authorized the holding of the Judicial

Review Hearing. What matters is that Dr. Brant presented ten false declarations

in the Superior Court. These declarations were taken from the Judicial Hearing

where we already noted fifty - three ( 53 ) lies , deceits, and falsehoods.

Dr. Brant concealed and perverted the truth when he said that the Judicial

Hearing was canceled by Dr. Lino Dial. This is the Biggest Fraud of all.

Question :

Why would the Hospital and Doctors declare in writing that the hearing was

canceled by Dr. Lino Dial ?

Is it because they realized that 53 crimes were committed during that hearing?

Their reasoning appears to be :

If there was no hearing, then they did not commit any crimes.


The evidences that the Judicial Review Hearing was held :

1. Dr. Leonard A. Brant was a physician - witness at that Judicial Hearing.

While under oath on the witness stand during that hearing numerous lies ,

deceits and falsehoods came directly from the mouth of Dr. Brant.

These lies and falsehoods were instantly recorded by the official court

transcriber and these can be found on the following pages in the transcript :
