Today is the first day of Healthcare Fraud month in California as declared by

the Medical Board of California on August 18, 2011 : September is the Healthcare

Fraud month in California.

The Medical Board of California has a quarterly publication called Newsletter.

The Medical Board considers frauds, dishonesty and making false statements

seriously.

In the July 2010 issue of the Newsletter, the following physicians were

investigated in the years 2009 and 2010 :

1. Dr. H.R.B. of Los Angeles, CA for fraud. Result : Medical license removed.

2. Dr. J.M.D. of Poway, CA for Dishonesty. Result : Medical License revoked.

3. Dr. E.L.F. of Pomona, CA for false statement. Result : Lost Med. license.

4. Dr. C.R.B. of Carmel, CA for crimes. Result : Medical license revoked.


In Feb. and June 2008 the series of 53 Hospital Falsifications in one hospital

in the city of Vallejo, California were presented to the Medical Board of Calif.

No investigations were done on the Doctors involved in Health Care Fraud :

1. Dr. Robert S. Blum, a neurosurgeon.

Dr. Blum intentionally falsified the hospital medical patient record of an old lady.

2. Dr. Peter E. Philbin, an Internist and Nephrologist.

Dr. Philbin told lies, frauds and falsehoods regarding Healthcare, under oath ,

on the witness stand during a Judicial Hearing about Health Care Fraud.

The lies and frauds of Dr. Philbin were instantly recorded on the 100 - page

transcript of that hearing. These are located on :

pages 46 , 47 . and 48 of the transcript of that hearing.

3. Dr. Leonard A. Brant , a Surgeon and Urologist.

Dr. Brant told lies, frauds and falsehoods regarding Healthcare, under oath,

Dr. Brant made Ten False Declarations in the Superior Court of Solano County

California , Case or File No. 87291.

Documents about these Health Care Frauds were submitted to the Medical Board

on Feb. 26, 2008 and June 24, 2008.

Why was Health Care Fraud investigated in Los Angeles, Pomona, Poway and

Carmel, CA but not in Vallejo, California ?
