The California Medical Board declared on August 18, 2011 that Healthcare Fraud

month in California is September.

Few days ago I posted on Google.com Health Care Fraud Cover Up.

There are several cases of Health Care Frauds that were covered up or hushed up.

Note :

In Google.com, should there be a hyphen in cover up and/ or hushed up ?

Example :

Louis B. Meyer of MGM, the father of Hollywood in History of Film :

" He covered up murders , hushed up scandals..."


HEALTH CARE FRAUD COVER UP

This is divided into six divisions , with question and answer form in some.


Division I HEALTH CARE FRAUD COVER UP

Question :

Why did Dr. Robert S. Blum intentionally falsify the hospital patient medical

record of an old woman ?

How did Dr. Blum falsify the medical record ? By dictating a fraudulent Surgical

Consultation.

Who stands to gain by the intentional perversion of truth ? Hospital and doctors.

What was the motive for the intentional falsification ? Money.

Conclusion :

These willful and deliberate misrepresentation of facts must be covered up

and hushed up and concealed because these are frauds , crimes, and a shame

to the Hospital and Physicians.

Division II HEALTH CARE FRAUD COVER UP

The Fraudulent Hospital Investigations.

Questions :

1. Why did the Hospital and Medical Staff commit several acts of deliberate

misrepresentation of truth ?

2. Why did they conceal or hide the truth ?

Hospital stated in writing in the hospital records that the period of Peer Review

or investigation was for six months.

Hospitalized patients during the six month - investigation were examined and

evaluated by doctors or physicians.

Results of the Peer Review or six month investigation were presented at the

Judicial Review Hearing held according to law and hospital bylaws.

1. Some patients supposedly hospitalized during the six month investigations

were not in the hospital at all.

2. Hospital investigation of patients not in the hospital is fraud.

3. Doctors medical report of examining patients not in hospital is fraud.

4. The act of doctor's examination of patient who was not in hospital is fraud.

Division III HEALTH CARE FRAUD COVER UP

The JUDICIAL REVIEW HEARING

A. The same questions in Division I for Blum.

B. Why did Dr. Peter E. Philbin tell lies, deceits, frauds and falsehoods,

while under oath, on the witness stand, during the Judicial Hearing ?

Answer : To conceal or hide the truth.

C. Why did Dr. Leonard A. Brant tell lies, deceits, frauds and falsehoods,

while under oath, on the witness stand, during the Judicial Hearing ?

Answer : To conceal or hide the truth.

D. Why did Attorney Steven V. Schnier tell lies, deceits, frauds and falsities,

and intentionally misrepresented the facts during the Judicial Hearing ?
