Division IV : HEALTH CARE FRAUD COVER UP


Today is the fourth day of Health Care Fraud month, September 2011, as

proclaimed by the California Medical Board on August 18, 2011.

Question :

What is the use of having Health Care Fraud month if we do not do

anything about Fraud in Health Care ? Are we fooling ourselves ?


This presenation is about a Series of Fifty - three ( 53 ) Hospital Falsifications

or Frauds in Health Care.


Division IV : Ten False Declarations of Dr. Leonard A. Brant in the Superior

Court of California, County of Solano, Case or File No. 87291.

7. False declaration No. 7 committed by Dr. Leonard Brant.

Dr. Brant declares that the Judicial Hearing was held.

The sequence of events were :

Fraudulent Hospital investigation ( frauds were proven already )

This was followed by a Judicial Review Hearing held according to the Laws of

California and the Hospital bylaws ( frauds at the hearing already known ).

Thi in turn was followed by a Lawsuit in Solano County Superior Court,

File or Case No. 87291.

Evidence :

Hospital Falsification No. 5 in the Series of Fifty - three ( 53 ) Hospital

Falsifications in one hospital in the City of Vallejo, California.

Dr. Brant did not mention or concealed the numerous frauds committed by

hospital, physicians, etc. during the hospital investigations.

Dr. Brant covered up and disregarded the 53 lies , deceits , falsehoods, and

frauds that were committed and documented during the Judicial Hearing.

The hearing in Superior Court was based on frauds. In other words, the

evidences were frauds ( proven frauds already ).

If the premise is fraud, conclusion is fraud.

Decision in Superior Court of California, Solano County Case No. 87291 is fraud.

Question :

How can there be Justice if the Truth is not known ?

This is the same as : No Truth , No Justice.
