The Ten False Declarations of Dr. Brant in California Superior Court.


3. False declaration No. 3.

Dr. Brant speaks of medical report performed and submitted by a doctor

after examining a patient during the hospital investigation.

a. This declaration No. 3 is false on several counts :

1. The patient was not in the hospital at time of investigation.

2. The patient was dead and buried in the cemetery for one year before the

hospital investigation.

3. That a doctor examined this patient is fraud.

4. The medical report of this doctor on the patient is fraud.

Question :

How could that doctor examine this patient and make a report when in fact

that patient had been dead and in the cemetery for one year even before the

so - called hospital investigation ?

The hospital investigation is fraud.

Evidence :

The story of that patient was presented by the Hospital Attorney, Steven V.

Schnier during the Judicial Review Hearing which followed the fraudulent

hospital investigation.

In the 100 - page transcript of that hearing,

on page 60 Lines 21 - 22

on page 61 Line ow could there be medical reports when these patients

were not in the hospital during the hospital investigation ?

Attorney Steven V. Schnier was caught telling a lie, fraud and falsehood.


4. False declaration No. 4.

Dr. Brant speaks of the hospital investigation.

Dr. Brant made intentional perversion of the truth by concealing the fact that

numerous lies , deceits , and falsehoods were committed during the hospital

investigation.

Hospital Falsifications No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , and 13 in the

Series of Fifty - three ( 53 ) hospital falsifications

5. False declaration No. 5.

Dr. Brant speaks of the fraudulent hospital investigation.

This is Hospital Falsification No. 2 in the Series of 53 Hospital Falsifications.

Dr. Brant misrepresented the facts when he did not mention the numerous

frauds and falsehoods during the hospital investigation.

on March 5 , 6 , 7 , 9 , and 10, 2010 and on June 22, 2010.

6. False declaration No. 6.

Dr. Brant speaks of the Judicial Hearing.

Dr. Brant intentionally perverted the truth and concealed the facts.

Dr. Brant disregarded the fact that the Hospital claimed in writing that the

Judicial Review Hearing was canceled by Dr. Lino Dial.

The Truth is :

1. The Judicial Hearing was not canceled by Dr. Lino Dial.

2. Dr. Lino Dial was present at that same Judicial Hearing.

3. The Judicial hearing was held for three hours.

4. There were nine ( 9 ) California licensed doctors present at that hearing.

5. The official Court transcriber produced a hundred - page transcript of

that hearing.


The claim of the Hospital that the Judicial Hearing was canceled by

Dr. Lino Dial is definitely a fraud and a perversion of truth.

The claim by the hospital in writing that the hearing never took place

is another fraud and an Obstruction of Justice.

Evidences :

The evidences that the Judicial Hearing was in fact held and that the

Hospital and Doctors and the Hospital Attorney all made frauds and deceits

were posted on Google.com in March , April , May , June , July, and

August 2010.
