1.   Intentional Hospital falsification committed by Dr. Robert S. Blum.


2.   Lying under oath on the witness stand during a Judicial Hearing


about Health Care Fraud performed by Dr. Peter E. Philbin.


3.   Lying under oath on the witness stand during a Judicial Hearing


about Health Care Fraud performed by Dr. Leonard A. Brant.


4.   Intentional, willful, deliberate criminal deception during a Judicial


Hearing about Health Care performed by Attorney Steven V. Schnier.

5.   Ten  False  declarations of Dr. Leonard A. Brant in the Solano County


Superior Court  Case No.  87291.  This case is about a Series of Fifty-three


( 53 )  Health Care Frauds in one hospital in the city of Vallejo, California


located in Solano County about 40 miles northeast of San Francisco.
