Division IV of HEALTH CARE FRAUD COVER UP


Everything in Medicine and Law is meaningless or useless if the Doctors and

Lawyers are telling lies, deceits, frauds, and falsehoods.

As we have seen in Divisions I , II , III of this Health Care Fraud cover up,

from the beginning to end, the common item is fraud. The sad part is that all

seems business as usual and medical and legal authorities do not do anything

about these, no investigations or prosecutions, etc.

2. Division-II- Fraudulent hospital investigations : documented.

3. Division-III - Intentional wrongful criminal deception and perversion of truth

committed by Dr. Peter E. Philbin, Dr. Leonard Brant, and Attorney Schnier.


4. Division - IV - Ten false declarations performed by Dr. Leonard A. Brant

in Solano County Superior Court in California, Case or File No. 87291

about Health Care Fraud in the city of Vallejo, California, 94589.


No investigation done.


5. Division - V - Misrepresentation of facts in the Justice Dept. and Med. Board.


6. Division - VI - Non - prosecution of Frauds in the U.S. Dept. of Justice.


Today is the third day of Health Care Fraud month in California.


Question :


What is the use of celebrating or promulgating HEALTH CARE FRAUD


if we do not do aanything about it ?


More specifically :


If we find documented Health Care Fraud, why not do something about it ?


Documented Health Care Frauds in California are enumerated in this

TEN FALSE DECLARATIONS OF DR. LEONARD BRANT in SUPERIOR COURT.

Why did Dr. Leonard A. Brant prepare and submit ten false declarations


in the superior Court of California, in Solano County ?


The case No. or File No. is 87291.


Answer :


To conceal or hide the truth.


To misrepresent the facts.


To do intentional perception for financial and personal gain.

The Ten False Declarations of Dr. Brant were typewritten in three separate

pages.


The ten declarations of Dr. Brant were supposedly true and correct made,


made under penalty of Perjury.


These ten declarations were submitted as evidence in California Superior


Court of Solano County Case No. 87291 by the Attorneys for Defendants :

Here are the Ten Declarations of Dr. Leonard Brant in Superior Court :

1. False declaration No. 1 :

Wrongful and criminal action of Dr. Brant.

Dr. Brant presents hospital investigations.

See Division II of this Health Care Fraud Cover Up presentation.

Division II is about the fraudulent hospital investigations.

We already knew and had records of the fraudulent investigations at the hospital

and yet Dr. Brant decided to present this in superior court as evidence

knowing that these are false. That is full of Malice.

Dr. Brant intentionally did not mention the numerous lies , deceits , and

frauds that took place during the hospital investigation. We have records.

2. False declaration No. 2

Dr. Brant misrepresented the facts and concealed or covered the truth

during the hospital investigation.

Dr. Brant himself told lies, deceits , and falsehoods during the hospital

investigation.

The false statements of Dr. Brant is Hospital Falsification No. 15 in the

Series of Fifty - three ( 53 ) Hospital Falsifications.
