Today is the 9th day of Health Care Fraud month, September 2011, as

declared by the California Medical Board on August 18, 2011.


Division V is divided into Sections A , B , C , D.

This is a brief outline. Details will be presented later.

In Sections A and B : the crimes, frauds and falsehoods of the following are

documented :

Section A :

The crimes and frauds committed by Dr. Robert S. Blum, a Neurosurgeon,

presented to the California Medical Board on Feb. 26, 2008.

1. Dr. Blum's fraudulent Surgical Consultation.

2. Dr. Blum examined a patient under false pretenses.

3. Dr. Blum examined a patient without permission.

4. Dr. Blum's examination of patient, no permission is like assault and battery.

5. Dr. Blum's crimes covered up by Hospital and Medical Staff.

6. Dr. Blum's willful and deliberate deception to get money from old woman.

7. Dr. Blum admitted in writing in Hospital records: He committed the crimes.
