Today is the fifth day of HEALTH CARE FRAUD month, September 2011, as

declared by the California Medical Board on August 18, 2011.

Question :

What is the use of having Health Care Fraud month if we do not do anything about

Fraud in Health Care ?


Everything in Medicine and Law is meaningless or useless if the Doctors and

Lawyers are telling lies, deceits , frauds , and falsehoods.


Continuation of Division IV :

HEALTH CARE FRAUD COVER UP

TEN FALSE DECLARATIONS OF DR. BRANT IN SUPERIOR COURT.

No. 8 False declaration No. 8 by Dr. Leonard A. Brant in Superior Court.

Dr. Brant misrepresented the facts when he did not mention the numerous

frauds committed during the hospital investigations.

Dr. Brant did not mention or concealed the truth about the 53 intentional

falsifications committed during the Judicial Review Hearing which was held

according to the Laws of California and hospital bylaws.

Dr. Brant did not mention that the Hospital and doctors claimed in writing

that the Judicial Hearing never took place because it was canceled by Dr. Dial.

This is blatant disregard of facts because Dr. Lino Dial was present at that same

Judicial Hearing and we have a hundred - page transcript of that hearing as

proof that it was actually held.

This is an example of Obstruction of Justice because the Judicial Hearing is

a Legal proceding and the hospital and doctors are blocking the flow of justice.
