Today is the 7th day of Health Care Fraud month , September 2011, as

declared by the California Medical Board on August 18, 2011.

We continue enumerating the Ten false declarations of Dr. Leonard Brant

in the California Superior Court, Solano County Case No. 87291.

It is mind-boggling and totally beyond comprehension that the Justice Dept.

could recognize Health Care Fraud done in other cities but not those done in

the City of Vallejo, California 94589.

Ten False Declarations of Dr. Leonard A. Brant inside the Superior Court.

We are now on the 10th false declaration.

No. 10. False declaration No. 10.

In this declaration Dr. Brant speaks of the Judicial Review Hearing in which

53 lies, deceits and falsehoods were committed and instantly recorded by the

official court transcriber and witnessed by nine ( 9 ) California - licensed

practicing physicians.
